The primary BR has a comfy King bed & private bathroom. The 2nd BR has a bunk bed (full on the bottom, and a single up top) with private bathroom. Main level features a spacious LR, DR & Kitchen along w/ a 1/2 bath. Located in the Boyd Acres neighborhood, just minutes to downtown and everything Bend has to offer. The space Hardwood floors, renovated & stocked kitchen with brand new stainless appliances, high ceilings, new paint throughout, lots of light, cozy and warm. One of three apartments in a triplex, this one is an end unit! For families with kids: we have a high chair, pack n play, bath toys, kids dishes, toys, books, games and more! Bonus: The house backs up to Bend’s irrigation canal, which has a long trail that can be accessed from the backyard. Please note that the canal is emptied during the winter, and turned back on in the Spring, so it may or may not have water in it depending on when you stay. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets. Guest access Entire end unit apartment in a triplex, with patio, small backyard and access to canal trail out back. Other things to note A Quick Note on Keeping Things Nice✨ We hate fees as much as you do, but due to a few consistent issues, we’ve had to introduce some strict replacement policies. We want every guest to walk into a pristine space, which means we have to replace items immediately when they are damaged. Please be mindful of the following: Mascara & Makeup Stains ($100): Our white linens frequently fall victim to makeup (specifically mascara) and other stains. We provide washclothes that can be used to remove makeup for your convenience. If sheets or pillowcases are permanently stained by makeup, a $100 replacement fee will apply. Window Blind Damage ($100): Our blinds are frequently damaged by folks who open the window by putting their hands between the slats rather than opening the shades first. The slats will break when this happens, and then have to be replaced. Please open blinds before opening the window and operate with care. Forcing hands in and/or bending the slats results in damage and a $100 repair/replacement fee. Thank you so much for treating our home with the same love and respect you would your own!
