Family friendly and very safe neighborhood. The space There is a half bath on main floor as well as a bedroom with queen size bed. The other queen bedroom and 2 twin bedroom is located on second floor with full bath. There is a partially finished basement with play area for kids and various games. The wash/dryer is also in the basement. Guest access The entire home with exception of the supply store room in basement. The garage and shed are also not accessible. Other things to note In warmer months there will be patio furniture and a grill. We also various concierge services for an additional fee. If you have an EV you will be billed an additional $10 per day to charge and you will need to notify manager you are charging vehicle if not manager reserves right to unplug vehicle. Guest will be notified prior.
