Schaffer Old Rock House
The Old Rock House is made of native limestone and was built by my father, O.C. Schaffer upon his return to Oakley in 1946 following his WWII service in the Army Air Corp. The home has the original hardwood floors, cabinets, and most of the work wood he constructed himself. As my childhood home I have restored it as I remember it growing up. My dream for years has been to share this home and with those who will appreciate it as I do. Welcome to the Schaffer Old Rock House in Oakley, Ks. The space The main floor (Area 1) has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus two attic bedrooms, each with a full size bed and a twin bed.
