The open living area invites you to settle in—whether that’s with coffee in the morning light or unwinding in the evening with games, movies, or a great meal. Step outside onto one of our two balconies and you’ll find one of the best parts of the stay—a private, peaceful space to take in the surroundings, breathe, and slow down. The home is thoughtfully set up for both short getaways and longer stays, with everything you need to feel at home - and away at the same time. In addition to all of the amenities within the space, there is a BBQ available for use and located on the large deck situated on the slopes on the lower level of our building. Also available are a playground, tennis courts, outdoor volleyball, basketball court, and pickleball all located within the Villages community. The resort offers year-round fun and especially shines in the Summer. Seven Springs offers the Highlands Sporting Clays, an 18 hole golf course, bowling, arcade, mini golf, and Summer activities such as the alpine slide, mountain biking, hiking trails, paddle boats and stand-up paddle boards, rock climbing, and numerous dining options. Nearby, enjoy Fallingwater, Ohiopyle rafting and biking, as well as lots of state and local parks. Other things to note For guests visiting in the Summer months, we would suggest bringing beach towels with you (the community does not provide them) to enjoy the pool and tennis and pickleball rackets if you plan to play. A key card is provided to access the pool and must be returned prior to check-out. A $125 replacement fee will be charged if not returned.
