We are centrally located only 5 min from downtown Santa Ynez/Los Olivos, and about 10 min from Solvang. Pet fee paid separately - $50/day per pet EV charger on site - $20 per stay The ranch is 5 acres completely fenced with two separate gates. The entire property is beautifully landscaped with hundreds of trees/plants, a vineyard and expansive grass fields (perfect for dogs). It also has top of the line amenities including a fire pit, private jacuzzi, Viking grill, outdoor dining area, infrared heated yoga studio, mini putting green, giant chess board, and plenty of parking. The house is 1200 sq. ft with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It has complete privacy and is located in the far back of the property over 100 yards away from the main residence and yoga studio. Each room has a new queen bed and there’s also a pull out queen sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and has all the essentials. There are smart TVs in every room including a 70 inch in the living room. For guests that are celebrating a special occasion there’s also LED atmosphere lighting, a blue tooth juke box, and a Rosé bar cart with 12 bottles of wine made from our own vineyard conveniently available for purchase. It also has a private fenced in backyard that's perfect for dogs. We tried to think of everything. There is also an Electric Vehicle Charger on property that is available to use for $20 per stay. Santa Barbara County only allows home stays and not short term rentals. Home stays require the owner to live on premise, so just to clarify, I live on the property in the main residence 100 yards away. I have two very friendly Huskies that will roam the property from time to time and most likely try to come say hello to you. Guests definitely have a lot of privacy, but need to understand that routine workmen, yoga students, and friends may be on the grounds as well. Santa Ynez Valley is quickly becoming a very desirable travel destination. Other than being well known for producing fantastic wines, the area also attracts people who love wellness, cycling, horseback riding, hiking, and fine dining. Wine country is inherently rural and transportation can sometimes be hard to book. Other than Lyft and UBER, the local transportation companies are the best option. We own and operate a yoga studio on the other side of the property. The studio is in our newly renovated barn and we do offer private yoga lessons to our Airbnb guests.
