This condo is located in the Beachwalk development in a quiet, gated community with a shared pool, hot tub and fitness center. This spacious, beautiful home away from home is a monthly rental which accommodates 6 guests. The space There is a private master bedroom (featuring king bed, private ensuite and walk-in closet) and two additional bedrooms (one queen bed and two twin beds) located next to the second bathroom. Each of the bedrooms and living area has a ceiling fan and the unit is equipped with central air. This condo offers proximity to everything Southwest Florida has to offer with the comforts of home. Walk to the pool to relax in the sun. Enjoy a cup of coffee or evening cocktail in the screened-in lanai. Pack up the beach towels and chairs (supplied for guests) and search for shells at Sanibel Lighthouse beach (10 miles away) or enjoy a meal at an oceanfront restaurant on Fort Myers Beach (5 miles away). Relax on the couch watching the smart TV. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen (equipped with cooking supplies) or use one of the community's shared grills. Guest access Guests will be given a code to the lockbox on the front door and able to enter the unit easily. Guests are provided with front door keys, pool/clubhouse passes, and mailbox key. The unit is located on the second floor (which is the top floor) and has a private entry. Grocery stores and coffee shops are an easy walk from the condo or a minute drive. There are many restaurants, shopping plazas and stores (Target, CVS) within a mile. Park easily in front of the unit with additional guest parking space. Requesting an Uber/Lyft is easy as well. Other things to note This is a monthly rental. Renters must complete an application form (per association policy). During your stay, you will register your vehicle with the management company and be provided a parking pass.
