Find it on Airbnb under Maple Ridge Lake House on Center Hill Lake. (sleeps 6) see link below. https://www.airbnb.com/h/mapleridgechl The space Maple Ridge Lake House sleeps 6 and Maple Ridge Treehouse sleeps 2. So a total of 8 when you book. All beds have a set of sheets on the beds. No extras. However a washing machine and dryer are provided if you need to wash, including a starter kit of pods and dryer sheets. Treehouse has no window treatments on the windows (except on the 2 side windows) so please bring sleep mask if you are easily woken to light. ***Beach Towels NOT provided. Please bring your own if planning to use Hot Tub or going to Lake. Want to launch your boat? We have 2 options for you. 1) Cookeville Boat Dock (Marina) is 8.8 mile from Lake House which also provides a restaurant called The Light House. Check hours as they vary. You can also rent Pontoons and House Boats. 2) The "Put In" is a 7 min walk from Lake House when you turn right out of the drive way where you can launch your boat, kayak, paddle board, swim or fish. (no dock provided) PLEASE NO Pets NO Parties Only booked guests allowed on property. Guest access GRAVEL DRIVEWAY: Steep but mangeable. If you have All Wheel Drive or 4x4 there is 2 parking spaces up top by front door. Front Wheel Drive there are 2 parking spaces down below at front of house to your right. There will be stairs to walk up to the deck to access the front door. TIP: when parking at top as you come up drive stay to your left to make a wider turn. Other things to note The Lake House is 15-20 mins from Cookeville for your grocery needs and to I40. We are approx 74 miles to the Nashville Airport. There is a beautiful tree-lined & narrow road leading to the house that is paved however weathered. The beginning of that narrow road will have a dead-end sign posted, continue for approximately 1 mile and house is up on the right. You will also see mail box with house number on it.
