Great for larger gatherings. TV, fireplace, Netflix, paramount, DVD player and movies Board games in buffet One bedroom with queen bed and TV. Bathroom and shower off kitchen. Fully equipped Kitchen! Guests welcome to any food left Behind. Downstairs is a separate entrance from inside garage. -1 Queen bed in main room, -2 full beds in the large room. -Bathroom and shower just off the main bedroom Large common area with pool table, TV, sofa, fridge, microwave, coffee and tea center Plenty of board games, horseshoe pit, corn hole. Outside fire pit for bonfire. Wood available for $5 a large basket. Netflix/DVD, fast WIFi/ 4 TV's Washer, dryer, iron,Laundry detergent and softener available for your convenience. Outside is an 3 person Sunray Infrared Hemlock Sauna, with radio and dvd player. Pets are a $50 fee per pet. They must be kept off furniture, bedding covers, etc.. Pets must be paid for at booking. Ty 😊 I love to share my farm home when I am away. Please respect it as if it were your own. Since I do live on property, there is every amenity of a functional home. It is a welcoming cozy environment with all the items necessary for comfort. Please note, the space is not a strictly rental property, therefore some personal items are in the home There is a barn room rental and 2 cabin rentals on the property if you need more space. Both are far enough from house that each has total privacy. Please DO NOT enter those rentals if you have not reserved Note: the guest room in barn or cabins across the field could be occupied by another guest during your stay but they have NO access to the house. Guests are welcome to feed horse treats which are provided, and collect fresh eggs. Someone returns to barn daily to water flowers, feed horses and chickens, cat. Privacy is respected. Please note- meticulous cleaning efforts are made to sanitize all living spaces, sheets, counters, floors etc, although, this is a country home and you may encounter a spider or outside critter such as raccoon, mouse etc. Guest access There are numerous parks such as Brady's Run, Mill Creek, McConnells Mills, Beaver Creek, North Country Trail. The Vineyards at Pine Lake is 10 minutes away. Several places to eat in the town of East Palestine, antique shops and close to Boardman/Youngstown. An hour from Pittsburgh, an hour from Akron, Cleveland area Other things to note This is not strictly a rental property, therefore some personal items are in the home. It is fully equipped as any functional home with practically anything you may need. Please be sure to book for the number of people that will be on the property over the age of five. I try to keep prices, lower for singles and couples traveling. There is a $20 fee per person over two people. Regardless, if they spend the night, you must book for all people that will be on the property. This rule is strictly enforced and you will be asked to leave if more people show up than booked for. 😊 Pets are welcome for a $50 fee per pet per night. They must have their own pet beds or cages and be kept off furniture and bedding. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and respect of rules. The 2 cabins on the other end of property and guest room in barn could be occupied during your stay. They do not have access to house. Please respect their privacy and do not enter these rentals .
