Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF LEAVENWORTH OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS, CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations), which will be passed on to the guest 2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit 3. Immediate eviction 4. Homeowners & hosts to lose their permit to operate Video and Audio Monitoring: This house has two Nest video cameras, both located outside. One is located above the front door facing the driveway. The other is located on the rear of the house focused on the back yard patio, including the hot tub. These cameras are used to protect the homeowners and renters. Additionally, there is a noise monitoring device installed to monitor sound volumes outside the house. This unit only monitors sound levels and not the audio itself. An alarm will alert the homeowner if the levels are beyond the thresholds as described in the house rules. Water to the house is supplied by a private well that is run through a custom filtering and softening system. Still, the water is heavy in iron and can sometimes appear slightly off-color. This is normal. The fridge contains an additional water filter. Chelan County STR Permit #000440 10 People Max, Up to 6 Adults Other things to note House Rules: 1) This is a shoe-free home. Please remove your shoes upon entering. Make sure to dry off too before coming indoors, as floors will be very slippery when wet. Feel free to bring house slippers/shoes! 2) Please no shouting or loud music after 9 pm. The neighbors are permanent residents so we ask guests to adhere to the outdoor quiet hours. 3) No pets allowed in the house. 4) Please respect and avoid trespassing over the neighbors' property and the owner's private property. Also, avoid trying to open locked cabinets/closets in the kitchen, hallways, and master bedroom. 5) No outdoor wood-burning fires or fireworks.
