Rotating Medical Students-15 min walk to hospital

This is a pet free quiet apartment in the Ardmore neighborhood that is set up for visiting medical students, researchers, and doctors to stay while they study/work at Wake Forest Baptist University Medical Center. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the hospital and has everything that you need to just come in, drop your bags, and go to the hospital. No pets. The space The apartment isn’t fancy and isn't set up as a vacation spot but as a comfortable place to stay while you are working. Guest access Free parking is right outside the door, and the bus stop is a block from the apartment. Other things to note You'll find a good bed with fresh sheets, pillows, and towels. A work area and plenty of space for your things. The apartment has a no shoe policy. This is an cultural expectation for some people and it certainly helps keep the apartment clean. The homeowners association sprays the hallway for pests once a month. Don't be alarmed if you see a dead insect in the hall or the apartment. If you see a live bug please let me know right away.
