Located in a quiet community just minutes from most shops and restaurants. The house is in front of a beautiful lake and the sunsets are amazing! The community boasts 2 pools which you have access to. Guest access Laundry is located in the garage. You may park your car inside the garage and there is room for more cars in the driveway. Other things to note The pool access fob is hanging by the entrance door. Please know that the HOA only allows 5 people at a time, per household. We kindly ask that if you are going to be gone for the day, please set the AC higher to save on electricity. We appreciate it. Any stained linens, including towels that need to be replaced will be charged. Please DO NOT remove Tupperware! DO NOT set the AC below 70 degrees.
