Our house is located in the country on 38 acres, yet it is less than 10 minutes from town. It is perfect for sitting on the porch and watch as the farmers go by on their tractors or even going for a stroll or jog. We have a lot of birds in the winter, with feeders all around the house to draw them in and hummingbirds in the summer. This property is attached to the owners’ house, but has its own entrance and parking area.
