This charming upstairs unit is in a truly unbeatable location—just steps from both the beach and the bay, directly across from Belmont Park, and right next door to Starbucks for your morning coffee fix. There will be a sign that says, "Island Court Upstairs" Other things to note Coronavirus has been a worldwide concern and has affected all business including short term rentals. We have implemented extra precautions to ensure a worry free stay, we bleach the floors, sheets, towels , railings , door handles, remote controls, switch and switch plates. We also Lysol spray and disinfect the area to keep your stay as virus and bacteria-free as possible. Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests allowed in or near the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you are wanting entertainment during your vacation. (Gatherings of all sizes currently mandated against) See below. Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily. No smoking in or around the property. No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots or other business use. ***COVID-19 UPDATE: Air BNB forbids gatherings of any size in addition to local/state restrictions punishable by hefty fines and/or jail time. Due to heightened concerns, guests will be asked to leave immediately upon violation of ANY house rules. There will be a construction project happening on the street outside the apartment from February-end of September. This project will not impact parking or access to the apartment but could result in noise from heavy machinery between typically from 7:30am – 3:00pm on the weekdays.
