Guesthouse in Chico

Welcome to the 9th St. Studio! This charming and bright boho inspired space is perfect for a relaxing get away. Centrally located and only a few blocks away from Chico's iconic Bidwell Park, the many amazing restaurants and downtown this is the perfect location to explore. We are excited to show off everything our cute little town has offer! The space The Studio is located behind the Cottage unit (main house). You will enter from the left side gate and walk to the front door. Inside the Studio you have vaulted ceilings, natural wood beam, bright light and lots of space for a studio. While the studio doesn’t have a full kitchen we have supplied you with utensils, a mini fridge, a microwave and a toaster oven. You will also find a smart TV with streaming apps, a coffee station and a queen size bed. The bathroom has a shower and vanity along with a storage area with extra towels and linens. Outside you have an outdoor seating and a patio area to enjoy. Guest access Street parking available. Please don’t park in the driveway. Close to Bidwell park, downtown, many amazing Chico restaurants and the freeway!
