Or if you want to venture up north a bit you can visit the beautiful Boca Raton and have a night out at Mizner Park bowling and seeing a movie at iPic! Our newly renovated house stands out among the rest with its blue exterior, 26 ft' tall ceiling and second story! It is the perfect place for a family vacation or a weekend getaway. The gigabit speed internet offers the highest speed wifi in the area, enabling you to stream and work remotely if needed. The backyard is a South Florida oasis. There is bar seating, and sunbathing chairs available for guests to use. This area is perfect for cooling down in the Florida sun, unwinding while reading a book or enjoying an evening cocktail by the pool. The pool stays set at 88 Degrees year round. If you would like it to be adjusted please message us and we will have that handled for you. The living room has a big sectional with a modular back so you can adjust the distance to your liking! But we ask that you're careful as you move these pieces back and forth. The lovely couch should provide enough space for your entire group to lounge out, relax and unwind. We also have the same modular couch upstairs where the kids can have their fun hanging out in the beanbags while the parents get some quiet time downstairs! We designed the house while keeping in mind the importance of creating an environment that is “IG worthy” so that you can create a memorable trip with family and friends. We opted to use cool colors such as light grays, blues, and neutrals for a relaxing yet trendy appeal. BEDROOM 1: The downstairs master bedroom includes a new KING size Serta Willow brook plush 14in mattress. The furniture in the bedrooms is all new and purchased from El Dorado to ensure quality. The downstairs master has a 60" TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows or watch live TV while you wind down. There are also French doors in the room which allows for direct access to the outdoor pool area. The master bathroom has a nice, big bath tub, a full shower, and an oversized walk in closet to unpack your luggage for a relaxed stay. This bedroom includes a full length mirror, 2 night stands with drawers, and oversized dresser for your use. BEDROOM 2: The second master bedroom is located upstairs. It also includes a new KING size Serta Willow brook plush 14in mattress and new furniture from El Dorado. There is a sliding door closet with hangers provided so you can organize your belongings. The private bathroom upstairs includes a nice, walk-in shower. Being upstairs provides complete privacy from the other two bedrooms and the rest of the house. And I can't forget to mention the upstairs master room has French doors that swing open so you can enjoy the balcony view first thing in the morning while having a cup of coffee. And after your cup of coffee you can walk right outside the bedroom and hangout in the lounge area with two large beanbags and a 65” TV that offers Netflix, Disney+ and HULU for free! BEDROOM 3: The downstairs guest bedroom has a QUEEN bed. This bedroom includes a full length mirror and a large walk-in closet so you have plenty of room to store all your belongings! The bathroom is located right outside of the bedroom and consists of a shower/ bath combo. Through the kitchen you will find a sliding door with a washer and dryer for guests to use at their leisure. We also provide a jar full of laundry detergent pods for guest to use. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property excluding the garage and the locked cabinets and closets. Other things to note Please note we are in Florida where wild iguanas roam. It is not uncommon that an iguana will find its way into our backyard overnight. Unfortunately these guys sometimes leave unpleasant surprises in the backyard. We have installed an automatic motion detector sprayer to try and deter this from happening. However, please be aware you may receive a small squirt of water if you walk in front of the sensor. This is the trade off for trying to keep the backyard iguana free and in mint conditions for our guests. We have the pool guy come 2 times a week on Monday and Thursday to clean the pool and outdoor area. We work very had to keep the pool clean at all times even as it can be challenging with the all the plants and wild animals that surround. If you arrive to the house and the pool for whatever reason is not up to your standard, please let us know and we will send the pool guys over asap. If there is anything that is not up to your standards in terms of cleanliness, amenities, or anything else, please reach out and give us a chance to make things right! HOUSE RULES Please help us by placing the trash bins to the front of the house on Sundays and Wednesdays for the pick up on Monday and Thursdays. We appreciate your help in keeping the trash in order! CHECK IN: 3PM-10PM CHECK OUT: 10:00 AM You will receive check in instructions 48 hours before check in on Airbnb messages. Be Aware: IF we find evidence of smoking inside of the house during your stay you will be fined $500. This includes TCH cartridges and ANY paraphernalia. IF we find evidence of ANY animals or pets on the property this will result in eviction and a $500 fine. IF we find ANY evidence of a party or loud music playing outside of the quiet hours listed below, this will result in a $500 fine and eviction. IF we find evidence you have covered or tampered with our Ring doorbell camera or our security camera in the backyard, this will result in a $250 fine and eviction.
