This is a cozy two level apartment in a convenient and safe location in Downtown New Rochelle. This apartment can house a maximum of 8 guests, it has 4 BRs (king, queen, full, full + work station & tv), 2 BAs (double sink, single sink, tub, shower), 1 LR (couch+tv), 2 eating areas (counter+table), 2 storage rooms, and 1 stocked kitchen. You will be within walking distance to the train station, supermarkets, restaurants, stores, parks, laundromats, etc. ❌parking, ❌smoking ❌parties ❌laundry The space My house is a recently renovated multi family building with three levels and a basement. I live in the first floor unit (first level + basement) and the second floor unit (second level + third level) is for my guests (there is ❌NO parking on the premises for any reason, no exceptions, ❌ NO smoking at all, ❌ NO parties, ❌NO washer/dryer, thank you for understanding). The second floor unit (guest unit) has its own private entrance. The second level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 eating area; the third level has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 eating area. You will need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the second level and another flight of stairs to get up to the third level. There are five bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is equipped with a king size bed, office desk/chair, mini fridge, closet space, wifi, smart 55” tv, cable tv (Youtube TV), deadbolt lock, toiletries, iron, iron board, hair dyer, foldable desk, foldable chair, heater, toiletries, towels, hampers, extension outlets, extra sheets, extra pillows, standing mirror, and an air conditioner— please request one upon booking. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a queen size bed, office desk/chair, mini fridge, closet space, wifi, smart 55” tv, cable tv (Youtube TV), deadbolt lock, toiletries, iron, iron board, hair dyer, foldable desk, foldable chair, heater, toiletries, towels, hampers, extension outlets, extra sheets, standing mirror, and an air conditioner— please request one upon booking. Bedroom 3 is equipped with a full size bed, office desk/chair, mini fridge, closet space, wifi, smart 55” tv, cable tv (Youtube TV), deadbolt lock, toiletries, iron, iron board, hair dyer, foldable desk, foldable chair, heater, toiletries, towels, hampers, extension outlets, extra sheets, standing mirror, and a fan— please request one upon booking. This bedroom also comes with a small storage room in which you can use to store away any personal belongings to declutter your space. The following common areas are for your group only (they will not be shared with any other group): kitchen, living room, two eating areas and two bathrooms. The stocked kitchen is there for you to whip up your favorite meals or drinks, the eating areas are there for you to converse and enjoy your delicious meals, the living rooms—both with a 65" smart tv+youtubeTV cable—are there for you to kick back on the couch and binge watch your favorite shows, and the bathrooms are there for you to freshen up whenever needed. I also provide free weekly cleanings services to maintain a level of cleanliness for my guests, feel free to contact me for a cleaning. If there is anything else you might need, don't be shy, ask me! Guest access Guest have private access to the entire second floor unit (second level + third level). Other things to note There is no parking on the premises, but there is free street parking available (please pay attention to the alternate side parking signs for street sweeping). It can be a bit more difficult to find parking in the evening, but definitely not impossible. There are also paid parking garages for overnight parking. There is no laundry on the premises, but there are various laundromats and dry cleaners around the corner. There is a skyscraper being built a block away, so there is subtle construction noise during working hours. Please pay attention to house rules :).
