The Waterfront Retreat is centrally located near downtown, Lighthouse Park, Alligator Farm, and the Amphitheater with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Please note - this home has NO water access, only views! The space The views are absolutely breathtaking from your own private balcony. Come enjoy your coffee at sunrise or an evening wine/cocktail from one of the 4 rocking chairs! Guest access This cottage is a stand alone rental with NO access to the water, dock, or pool that is visible in photos. You have your own driveway, parking, and entrance separate from the main house. Other things to note The cottage is less than a mile from the Bridge of Lions - a short walk into town if you're up for some exercise or a short drive/Uber ride. There are several restaurants, coffee & sandwich shops, and bars nearby. This is the perfect location to enjoy nightlife and the sights of the City without staying in the hustle and bustle IN the City.
