The space Private end of the road location just 4 miles north of Crouch situated on the Middlefork of the Payette River and with Public Lands nearby for hiking or snowshoeing. The guest apartment is located above detached garage adjacent to our home with ample parking. Everything is brand new and/or custom built. The kitchen provides you with everything you would need for meal planning; including cookware, utensils, glassware, flatware, mixing bowls, electric grill, blender, toaster, etc. Drip coffeemaker with filters, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, cream and sugar are also provided. Relax and let all your cares melt away in the covered hot tub or woodburning sauna. The hand-hewn sauna was built from logs harvested from our property. It truly is a one of kind experience. The patio, hot tub and sauna are shared areas with the main house but are only for guests during your stay. Garden Valley is nestled along State Highway 17 which is designated as the "Wildlife Canyon Scenic Byway." It hosts exceptional wildlife viewing, hot springs and picturesque mountain scenery. The wild and turbulent South Fork of the Payette River crashes through the deep river canyons along the scenic byway and creates unforgettable opportunities for rafters and kayakers. The historic & quaint City of Crouch is located on the Middlefork of the Payette River drainage. Crouch serves as the "business center" of Garden Valley with shops, restaurants, bars, market, gas, art center, real estate offices, outdoor theater and so much more. There are numerous hots springs within the area. Terrace Lakes Resort is nearby for a round of golf, dining or using the geothermal pool. 24 hour notice required for reserving please. Other things to note The sauna is wood burning and takes about 2 hours to get the temperature up. Let us know in advance if you would like to use it. Use of hot tub and sauna is for paid guests only.
