Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.Our 3k sq. ft. home is a very family friendly fun atmosphere. 1 acre behind house geared to keep entertainment at home. Play the piano, basketball, tether ball, board games, video games, read a book, watch a movie in the theatre, bonfire w/ smores, bike riding, trampoline, or swim. 2 playgrounds with adult swings 500lb weight limit. Located in an upperclass safe neighborhood w/ many retired military families & well established people. 5 min The Private Space you have is the entire lower level of the split level house. You will have privacy downstairs unless, we need to do laundry or Garage area. (access point to these areas is passing through lower lever) Upper level of house, you will share with us (myself and husband). There is a grandchildren playroom upstairs. Please put all toys away in proper spots after use. Kitchen, livingroom, and dining area located upstairs. Use whenever you want, we don't mind and you do not effect us. Entry thru front door, you will go downstairs where you can close off area with blackout curtains. The square footage down stairs about 1500 sq ft. Passage to back yard is through the garage or kitchen. We prefer you escort children through garage area as there are many dangerous tools, equipment, and our vehicles. We do have cameras in garage. Guest have access to entire house (except upstairs private bedrooms ). We are empty nesters and are hardly ever home but we do return nightly unless on vacation. We do Uber and Lyft driving so we will be in and out of house. Guest can enjoy all amenities on grounds. We have 2 playgrounds. One geared for toddlers with sand box & toys and other for older kids. Backyard is constantly changing due to new items grandkids want, so there may be more stuff not listed. We ask that you don't use any wood working tools as that will be safety hazard. I do have a craft area for arts and crafts in garage. Like t-shirt making machine, painting ornaments, sewing, scrapbooking, etc. Bring your own supplies & materials and have fun. Please clean up after yourself at all times. If you dont have supplies, we can discuss a fee to use my supplies. We have adult and kid bikes, we keep in shed. We can get them out for your use. Use at your own risk. There is a box full of sports equipment and games for the outdoors. Corn hole under the deck on shelf and yard jenga! There is also a carpeted covered deck with table/chairs and a grill. Under the deck is also carpeted with baby slides, playhouses, and toys. feel free to allow kids to play on electronic cars just be sure to plug them in to charge after your done. We will socialize with guest if they want or give them privacy. We live in the upper part of the house. As our guest, you will be treated as family so don't be shy or afraid. We just love getting to know new people. You are completely safe in our house as my husband takes safety very serious as a special forces retired vet. Please do not feel you are bothering us at any point. We are a very social family so the hussle of many people around us does not bother us at all. Street name recently changed! Driving distance: 45min to Nashville 5min to Ft.Campbell 10min to Governors Square Mall 4miles to Great Escape Regal Movie Theatre, Walgreens, Neighborhood Walmart. .5 mile to gas station, Publix, Taco Bell, Hardees, Subway, Nail Salon, Navy Federal Bank, Guacomoles Mexican restaurant,Vape Shop, Local Sports Bar Tippers, Papa Johns, Soho Sushi Restaurant. Many more restaurants within 4 mile radius. House is 2 blocks from bus stop. Many historic landmarks in and around Clarksville Many love to take a walk down our very historic Riverside walk. Watch barges and many boats travel up and down the Cumberland River. Come watch a play at our famous Roxy Theatre or visit our Customs House Museum. Don't fret both husband and I are Rideshare Drivers. We can get you back and forth. We can transport you to and from Nashville airport for additional fee. We are well versed in the area as we have been living in the area for over 30 years and if we don't know the spot our adult children will definitely know. House is 2 blocks from city bus stop. Please treat our HOME (not just business) like you would want us to treat your home if we were visiting you. Stay clean, respectful, and have fun. Additional fees: * In order to keep our prices affordable for all overnight guests. There is a limit of daytime 2 visitors for max of 4 hours. More than 2, a daily fee of $10 will apply. This is to offset the cost we pay for additional insurance of visitors and utilities. All visitors must be discussed with us prior to coming into house and must leave no later then 11pm or overnight guest fee will apply. * All overnight adults, children, & infants must be registered prior to checkin for entry into house for insurance purposes. $30 additional fee per person not on booking per night no exceptions. must be paid immediately. * For stays longer then 7 days, $25 additional weekly cleaning fees applies. This is to restock toiletries and cleaning supplies for bathroom and kitchen. *To host an OUTDOOR EVENT ONLY, (Up to 20 unregistered guests) must be preapproved and are to be held outside in backyard up to 4 hours for $200 & $150 event security deposit required. (We have tables, chairs, and pop up tents available upon request. City noise ordinance is 10pm. No event will be allowed after 10pm. Only registered overnight guests are allowed alone in house for scheduled events. Unregistered guest must be escorted by registered guests for bathroom purposes only. You will be held liable for all damages or missing items. We have cameras in all areas except bedrooms of house for yours and our protection. * Absolutely no smoking in house. If any smoke is tracked in house there is $40 defumigation fee. Cigarette butts go in designated trash containers or flower pot on deck. $10 fine will be charged per butt if found in yard. ( we have small animals and kids who visit. don't want them picking picking up butts accidently.) *No Illegal drugs. $250 fine for any drugs. We will inform authorities. *$200 fee for unreturned house keys. Animal fee: $50 additional animal cleaning fee. (service animals will be charged cleaning fee due to fleas and possible allergic reactions to future guest)
