From sunrise to moonrise our home has spectacular views of Whetstone and the valley. Walking/biking distance to some of CB’s best-kept secrets – endless trails along Cement Creek and access to the East River. Our sunlit 3BR/2BA retreat comfortably sleeps 6 people, parks 3 cars, has a garage to store your gear, a fully equipped kitchen, and brand new memory foam mattresses on every bed. Fast, reliable WiFi and 2 workspaces make it easy to work and play. Soak up CB in this relaxing space! The space Standalone home with two decks and a ton of windows! Stairs are required to enter the home and an additional flight is needed to get to the bedrooms. Master and second bedroom have queens, third bedroom is a twin/twin trundle. One bathroom on main floor and one upstairs. Guest access Top of driveway comfortably fits three cars. Please note that the driveway is steep and AWD is recommended in the winter. RTA Bus available to easily take you to town, Mt. Crested Butte, or Gunnison! Steps from Tully's Restaurant & Bar as well as The Wooden Spoon. Other things to note We are trying to do our part in decreasing waste and minimizing impact to the environment; therefore, you will find few paper and single use plastic products in our home.
