Located in beautiful Plano, this is the perfect place for anyone looking for a clean, bright, relaxing and safe space. Minutes to main highways, whole foods, central market, Trader Joe's, Walmart, UTD, Medical city, Baylor heart hospital and other major businesses. The private bath / bed is large, with a queen bed and study table. Quiet area with plenty of parking. Fridge, kitchen and laundry access available. No smoking or pets. Great for short/long term stays, travel nurses, students. The space A completely private bedroom and bathroom located upstairs. Bright room with tall ceilings. Queen Sized Bed, study table with monitor, Fast WiFi, 42" smart TV (play your own netflix). Lights and and fan. The room also has windows that you can open if needed. I stay downstairs and can help as needed. If you have questions, need further clarification, or special needs - please feel free to ask. I am here to make your stay comfortable and most convenient. Guest access You will have access to: Breakfast / Dining area: There is a small breakfast table that you could use. Additionally the large dining table is available as well. Kitchen: You have access to the microwave, air fryer and fridge. There are light plastic utensils that you could use too. There is a keurig cofee maker (you're welcome to bring your own k-cups. Light cooking only please - microwave and air fryer. Laundry facilities(W & D), plus steam iron and ironing board available as well upon request *** Only water allowed in bedroom, no food / drinks (of any kind) in bedroom.
