I am a medical resident at Sunnybrook and North York General Hospital looking to rent a room to students, residents, or young professionals. I live a 9 min walk from NYGH and 10 min drive to Sunnybrook. There is also free parking at the house. **If you're a medical/CCNM student - please message me to receive a discount on those cleaning/service fees. We provide: Wifi, pots/pans, utentils, plates, dishwasher, towel and bed linens. Other things to note We don't provide toilet paper and bath soaps/toiletries. There is a Dollarama and Shoppers Drug Mart that is 15 min walking distance from the house where these products can be purchased.
