Close to bus stops and walking distance to the University of Washington, restaurants/bar/coffee shops/theaters, trails,parks, etc. This place is good for couples, solos & business travelers. This unit being a basement, there is potential for NOISE from upstairs. Adults only at home. So, it should be fairly quite. This neighborhood is hilly and not flat. The current pictures are not accurate. The space When guests first enter, they will see a family room, Foosball table and TV. This area has it's own nicely equipped kitchen, laundry (washer/dryer) and a separate bath within the "apartment-like" space. This space also comes with a full size refrigerator. Guest access Key-less entry. Separate entrance to private bedroom/bathroom. Other things to note We (Host) may occasionally come down to access our freezer (for frozen food) that's in a locked storage room. We will request & notify our guests via AirBNB app or knock before we come down. Adults only at home but there is potential for NOISE when we walk upstairs.
