PETS: -Pets are welcome for an $125 fee per reservation. -do not leave pets unattended in the home unless they are kenneled. -Please keep pets off the furniture. Guest access PARKING: There is a single stall attached garage. The driveway also fits two vehicles and there is plenty of street parking as well. Other things to note FAQs: Early check-in? - We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks. We want it to be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If you have a flight that arrives early in the day, consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready. Late Check-out? - No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures? - No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time. Is this a shared home? - No. The building has four units. You will have full access to this unit. Do you offer a cleaning service? - Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Just ask us! Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker? - No. This is against Airbnb policy. While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own Airbnb account.
