3 Cottages, Island Section of Hampton rented together for an awesome friends/family compound. Cottages have separate entrances for alone time/privacy/space. There is combined parking for at least 6 cars. Front cottage: 3 bedrooms; 1st floor bedroom includes a queen bed and the 2nd floor rooms includes 1 queen and 2 twins with ceiling fans. Comfortably sleeps 6. Back cottages: 2 bedrooms each: 1st has a full and 2nd has a twin (85lbs limit) over full bunk bed. Each sleeps 4 and a child. MAX 5 The space These are authentic 1930's beach cottages but we've done our best to update them with modern features (A/C, Keurig, Ninja Foodie Grills). Each cottage has a full bath and the kitchen features a microwave, toaster oven, Keurig & drip coffee maker, gas stove & Ninja Foodie Grill. Other amenities include A/C, flat screen TV with Xfinity X1 & Wifi, deck/table/umbrella, outside seating, shared outside shower & charcoal grills (charcoal, lighter fluid not provided). Guest access There is a beach entrance on the street or walk 2 streets down to Concord Ave for a FLAT entrance. We are about a 4 minute walk to a coffee shop and convenience store and about 6 minutes from the boardwalk strip and all Hampton Beach has to offer. Other things to note There is a beach wheelchair available if needed. Please inform me after booking if you'd like to reserve it. Bed spreads and pillows are provided. PLEASE bring sheets, pillow cases, towels. This is a seasonal cottage WITHOUT a heat option. The entire yard is sand so there WILL be sand in the BEACH cottage. Our cleaner is former military and does her best. If you are looking for a sand free beach cottage, lower your expectations and stay somewhere else. (with love) Please note the following house rule violations will result in fines: • Smoking inside $1500 • Parties or events $1500 • Unapproved late check out $250 • The property has a maximum occupancy limtit, and exceeding this number may result in penalties.
