It is elegantly designed and convenient for individuals/families(8+1). You will find a variety of bars, restaurants, stores, colleges, and SEPTA/Amtrak stations within the walking zone. Quiet & safe Neighborhood. It's a home traveling to Philly seeking a peaceful yet lively stay. The space ★The ground floor hosts a living/dining room and a full kitchen. The dining table can sit comfortably 8. The living room has a decorative fireplace and a new 60-inch HD TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a marble countertop with a wine bar, in addition to a full-sized fridge, new stove, new dishwasher, coffee/ tea pots…..WIFI 500m. ★The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms which are newly new remodeled. The Main bedroom has its own bath with the shower and has also a full-size crib; A cut working desk. Mattress, pillow, towel and beddings from the good brands; ★The third-floor attic is a unique gallery with original paintings done by the owner. It is a tranquil and cozy room. The attic is an art studio which also serves as a den. The owner provides you with supplies to try your hand at painting. There is also a queen bed in case of additional sleeping needs. It has an extra ceiling fan and GREE Split AC except the center HVAC. You can work here/enjoy tea here/painting by yourself here/family gathering here/relax here (a new 55' TV ). ★Basement floor: It is a completely renovated basement with a half bath. Table tennis and a game table are available there. Laundry is easy for you with one new washer and two dryers ★Backyard: There are seasonal organic vegetables and flowers in the Fenced backyard garden. BBQ and table/chairs are ready for use on the new wooden deck. ★Parking: 3-car private parking. In addition, street parking is 2 hours free (Mon-Sat) with no limit on Sunday and at night. Guest access Self-Check-in: Smart lock. Guests with confirmed reservations will be provided a unique code by Airbnb automatically to enter the house before the check-in date. Self-Check-out: just close the door (the entrance door will be locked automatically). Other things to note For you reference: 1/The house is comfortable for 6 adults ( 3 bedrooms on the second floor with two queen beds and one full bed). But the house could be up for a group of 6+2 children+1 baby(crib available) if you want to stay together with your whole family/group. There is a renovated attic with a queen size bed meanwhile installing the split AC there. Please see the online pictures. But if the 8 are all adults, it could be challenging. 2/The kitchen has been equipped with essentials as much as we could. You might bring your own items if you are a professional chef. 3/ We prepare for you with 8 shower towels & 8 hand towels. But we suggest you to bring your own facecloths. 4/We prepare for you both regulars Coffee and Keurig Coffee and Organic tea.
