This cottage is located in a small town that's perfect for a "getaway" from the city lights. Located within 2 miles from the closest winery. Includes a fully stocked kitchen, TV with internet, Netflix, Hulu & ESPN+. Also has board games. Perfect for a small family or couples "weekend away". NO PETS, NO SMOKING 4 GUESTS MAXIMUM *NOTE* There are steps without railings to get into the building that are not ADA complainant. I highly recommend anyone with mobility concerns to not book. Kitchen: baking pans, pots, pans, cooking utensils, cooking bowls, Keurig machine with coffee pods, spices, plates, bowls, knife set, spoons, forks & knives. Laundry: Includes Washer & Dryer. I also provide detergent and linen sheets for any laundry needs. Living Room: Sectional with ottoman. TV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu & ESPN+. Blankets in the ottoman in case you get cold or want to cuddle. Bed Rooms: Each contains a queen sized bed with a night stand, large closet spaces to hang many clothes. Extra linens and pillows. Each Restroom is a full bathroom. The master bathroom has a tub/shower while the guest bathroom has a stall shower. Neighbor Construction: The adjacent property is building a house on it. There may be noise from it during weekdays. Has a driveway for parking can accommodate 2+ cars. Emigrant trail is paved, but is narrow. Similar to a one-way street. It's a rural town that's a "stones" throw away from the Amador wine country. The neighbor is very friendly. We recommend private vehicle transportation while staying here. There are select options for taxi's and rideshare (Uber/Lyft) in the area and food, wineries and "things to do" are a few minutes drive away. Safety: There is a first aid kit, lanterns above the stove, carbon monoxide/smoke detectors in each room & a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink.
