6 miles from Sunday River with heated outdoor pool

Pool Heater turns on 12/12/25! Pool hours 5pm-6pm Sun-Thur. 5pm-8pm Fri and Sat. Heated to 100 degrees. Feels like a hot tub. Why us and not on-mountain? Plenty of parking no permits to fill out! You can bring two cars. You can responsibly enjoy an adult beverage in our pool. We have A/C in the summer. This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park. The space There are 21 units at this location. Each unit has its own separate outside entrance. No smelly hallways to deal with like many of the on-mountain units. Entrance to the pool is from shower rooms on the lower level. Our pool has limited hours. 5pm-6pm Sun-Thur and 5pm-8pm Fri and Sat. This is due to the temperature of the pool. We heat it to 100 degrees in the winter! This is not the barely warm water you find at all the on-mountain pools. This is 50,000 gallons with space to spread out. This is not like crowding into a little hot tub with 140 other rental units. Guest access You will have full access to the condo, pool, and changing rooms on the lower level. Other things to note Pool is heated to 100 degrees December-April. Hours are 5pm-6pm Sun-Thur. 5pm-8pm Fri and Sat. The pool is the hot tub. Christmas and February vacation weeks the hours are extended to 7pm Sun-Thur. The pool is not heated May-September. Hours are 7am-10 pm. No hot tub option during the summer. Pool is closed October-November.
