At the back deck, a high-end gas BBQ is also available to use. The oversized quartz counter-top island leaves plenty of space for dinner and seating for 6. Each bedroom features memory foam mattresses with Fairmont Hotel duvets and pillows to keep you comfortable each and every night. The beds are made with hypoallergenic comforters and pillows. Wash-up and feel refreshed in the rain shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer provided. Then fully unwind in our brand-new hot-tub surrounded by nature and overlooking the beautiful Muskoka River. The perfect way to melt away stress. Guests will be charged a $500 fine plus the cost to remove smoke from the unit. - Illegal drugs are not permitted on the property. - Guests are liable for any and all damage. - Treat our place with respect - use coasters on the furniture where they are provided and keep the place tidy. - Shower before using the hot tub. Don’t be gross. Guest access We're located on the other side of the river from Baysville. Only a short walk to town where there is an LCBO, grocery store, restaurants, the Lake of Bays brewery and more! The driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles easily. In the snowy months, the driveway is cleared regularly.
