Our fully equipped kitchen and comfortable queen-size bed will make you feel at home. Walk to safe and delicious dining options, and take public transportation to explore the city. Book your luxury experience now! Military gets 3% discount! The space The studio is equipped with everything that you need. The space is enough for two people to enjoy. We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and condiments. Please feel free to bring your favorite blend and a French press is available to you. The bathroom is complete with towels, hair blower, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and lotion. For our light sleeper guest, the room has a blackout curtains and a white noise machine that is located on the bedside table. Feel free to hangout and enjoy our shared beautiful backyard with a BBQ pit. Note: Our backyard is a shared backyard with our guests in the main house. You may or may not see them during your stay. This is a no smoking property including the shared backyard. In addition, if you don’t have a picture of yourself in your profile, we will require for ID with picture to ensure that we are letting the right guests in our home. Our home has cameras in the front of the house, side of the house, and shared backyard that records video and audio when it detects movement for the security of our guests and our family. Guest access Our quint place has a self-check-in process. The access to your suite is located on the side gate of the property that leads to the garden. The red door on your left is your suite. You will receive your access codes 2 hours before your arrival via Airbnb message. Walks are fun! Our guests can enjoy the morning walk to the Westlake Mall, about a 10-15 min walk to Starbucks, restaurants, and grocery stores. Going to downtown San Francisco is about a 10-15 mins walk to the Bart station. You can also park your car in the station. The parking in downtown SF can be expensive, depending on where you are going. Locals like to take public transportation instead of driving their cars. Walk to get your grocery! If you love to walk, Trader Joes, Target, and Safeway are within walking distance to get your groceries. Parking are also plenty should you wish to take your car. Beach time! Our studio is near Fort Funston, where you can enjoy a beautiful walk or picnic by the beach on a sunny day. Enjoy a beautiful drive down the coast of California Highway 101 and stop by for some great seafood restaurants along the way. Other things to note Daly City and San Francisco in general are always cold and foggy even in the summer. A light jacket in the summer is always recommended. “The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco.” - Mark Twain Pets are not allowed in the studio and around the property. Any unauthorized pets in the property will be subjected to cancellation of your booking with no refund and you’ll be asked to leave the property. Thank you for understanding. Late check-out is only allowed if granted by the host. Late check our fee is $30 per half an hour increment. Please be aware that our cleaners will be coming as soon as you checked out to prepare the suite for the next guest. It is imperative that you adhere to the check out on time at 11:00am - sharp! Our place is a non-smoking property, we asks that you do not smoke of any kind in the room or patio. There will be a $500.00 fine for smoking in the room or premises, and you will be ask to leave the property with no refund. Only authorized guests will be in the property. Any unauthorized guest stay will be subjected to cancellation of your booking and you will be asked to leave the premises with no refund. There will be no third party booking in accordance to Airbnb’s agreement. Third party bookings will be subjected to cancellation with no refund. The room fee is based on single occupancy.
