Beautiful and spacious studio with queen size bed,bunk bed, two recliners and 4 seater dining table in the ground floor with its own fully equipped kitchen. We live upstairs and will be a call away for anything. Place is air conditioned to beat all kinds of weather. Situated at 1 min drive from HIghway-1 and 3 mins from the shopping malls with free parking, including RV, offers a big backyard to enjoy the weather. We do the provision for EV charging, which is offered with extra cost. Other things to note Shared laundry is situated next to the guest kitchen. We use laundry once a week and try not to use when we have guest for fewer days. For long term guests, ie more than a week, we communicate the schedule for laundry to avoid any possible inconvenience.
