Nestled between Scott Stadium & JPJ, O'Hill & the Rotunda, wine country & the downtown mall, you could not be closer to the action yet in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The perfect place for any & all Cville/UVA events, work trips, reunions, weddings, family vacations, college visits, etc. The space Open kitchen & dining area with built-in seating and quartz-countertop peninsula to keep the conversation flowing while preparing food & drinks. Gas stove with electric oven, and all new appliances. Beautiful, solid-walnut dining table looks out through french doors to the back deck. The dining area also flows into a tastefully-appointed living room. There is plenty of room to relax in the living room and/or migrate to the den, featuring custom shelves & window-seat, to crank out a little work or to enjoy our 65" HDTV. We do not currently have cable, but we do have a 2021 Roku that quickly connects to all your streaming services (Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Enjoy a quality night's sleep on new memory foam mattresses on all beds. The queen master bed and bath (walk-in glass shower) are located in the rear of the house. The queen and twin bedrooms may make use of the hall bath just outside the rooms (w/tub & shower) as well as the laundry/bath combo with curbless glass shower. Guest access The driveway can hold 4 cars single-file. On weekends and evenings, you may also park in front of the house on the street. On weekdays, street parking is restricted during the day. If necessary, we can provide street parking passes during the day. Other things to note *** We are excited for you to create memories in our home and enjoy time with family and friends. We also have great, welcoming neighbors and we want to keep our good relationships with them. Since we live on a quiet, family -friendly street with neighborhood ordinances that restrict loud noises past 10pm, we ask that you consider this when booking and respect our neighbors.
