Bright Mountain Home Retreat in Boulder County

Beautiful and convenient location in Boulder County. 30 minutes to Nederland, Golden, downtown Boulder, and Eldora Ski Resort. 1 hour to Denver Airport. We are on a 1.5 acre lot, surrounded by pine trees, and nearby hiking. We got very fast WiFi, (50mbps), a large garage, clean and bright rooms, and all the conveniences you need for a comfortable stay in the mountains. Anything else you might need, just let us know! The space This Airbnb unit is in the top floor of the house. The bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room, living room, front and back decks are all upstairs, as well as the bathrooms. We have baby/child proofed the home. You will find the TV behind the living room desk, feel free to place it on top of the desk whenever you want to use it. You are welcome to use our yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets. Kids are welcome to play with the toys in the living room. If you would like to borrow any music instruments, please let us know ahead of time. Please note that the laundry and dryer are in a separate unit downstairs. Let us know if you plan on doing laundry during your stay so we can arrange accordingly. You can also rent the entire downstairs unit during your stay for an additional fee. There is an extra queen size bed down there, as well as an additional bathroom, a work desk, a fireplace, and lots of extra space. Guest access You can access all the spaces on the upstairs unit, except for the locked room a the end of the hallways that has a "Private" sign. The unit downstairs is ONLY available to do laundry, and upon request. Let us know ahead of time if you plan on doing laundry during your stay, so we can arrange in case we, or other guests, are using in the unit downstairs. If you would like to rent both the upstairs AND downstairs units let us know. Other things to note Absolutely NO FIRES on the property.
