Charming creekside cabin w/ king suite & loft bedroom located in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake (PML) 24mi/35mins to Yosemite entrance - Access to PML amenities: lake, golf, pool & more - Pet friendly - Fireplace - Smart TV - 2 decks, 1 patio - Board & yard games - BBQ & Traeger - Well stocked kitchen - Toys, dishes & air mattress for kids - Lots more…this is our favorite place & we stock it w/ all the perks we enjoy! - 1.2mi - Downtown Groveland - 28mi - Hetch Hetchy entrance The space LOCATION Our cabin is conveniently located right inside the main entrance of Pine Mountain Lake (PML) so you don’t have to spend 10mins getting in and out of the neighborhood. It is close to the lake, the bar & grill, and you can see the golf course across the creek in our back yard. INSIDE The cabin is updated with the intention of keeping its rustic character. Both bedrooms are upstairs with high ceilings, and the 2nd bedroom is a loft that opens up to the living room and fireplace. We love color and pattern so we hope the rooms feel cheerful and inviting. OUTSIDE The yard is a wildlife highway and our name, the White Stag Cabin, comes from one of the albino deer that like to wander through our yard most mornings. We are on a 1/2 acre lot so we have plenty of outdoor space for lounging, playing yard games, and swinging in hammocks. We have a gas BBQ (refillable tank provided) and Traeger smoker on the deck for guest use. COMMUNITY AMENITIES PML has 3 beaches/coves, snack shack & high end restaurant, large heated swimming pool open through Oct, recreation center, playground, walking trails, tennis & pickle ball courts, horseshoe pits, championship 18 hole golf course & lounge, shooting range, archery range, equestrian center, airport, and campgrounds. Guest access PML is a gated community and requires an HOA fee of $50/car/week collected by the main gate upon arrival. I will need to put a name from each car on the gate guest list. You are welcome to arrive any time day or night. The main gate is staffed 24/7 and you will be provided your own door code through the Airbnb Check-In process. There is plenty of parking on our property. Other things to note - We do not have a fenced area outside, keep a close eye on your kids, pets, and drunk friends. - We have a swamp cooler for AC and an extra plug-in window AC unit upstairs. Both bedrooms have regular and ceiling fans as well. - Our propane fireplace is the primary source of heat, which keeps things warm, but takes awhile to increase in temp. We leave it at 60degrees, but can warm it up more for you ahead of time upon request - There is no landline, however Verizon & ATT work well here. - Yosemite National Park no long requires entrance reservations!
