We have an acre of land that remains in the natural desert landscape for our guests to explore and feel the beauty and tranquility of the desert, offering seclusion but not total isolation. Other things to note The house operates on its own water supply through a cistern in the backyard! The system makes water pressure at certain faucets low. Please be advised of the low flow in the faucets and we hope our guests will try to be conservative of overall water use as it’s limited to the amount in the tank that’s available. Free EV charging is provided as an included amenity to all of our guests. We have a level 2 charging port installed and Tesla users are required to bring their own adapters to use the plug. The roads in the neighborhood leading to the house are unpaved dirt roads. There are times seldomly where the roads can be impacted by weather and heavy rain causing the sand to shift, resulting in rocky roading. A SUV or higher clearance vehicle is recommended for ease of access but not absolutely necessary. Please drive slowly and carefully. Please also be careful traveling in at night as there are no street lights in the neighborhood.
