The custom kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and seating for six (four at the table plus two at the bar). Enjoy brand-new furniture, luxury finishes, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Main Level Two bedrooms, one full bath, and a cozy living room with a leather sectional and 40–55" Smart TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig Duo coffeemaker and pods, cookware, utensils, pots, and pans—everything you need to prepare a meal. Lower Level The finished basement includes a spacious great room with a bed and sitting area, full bathroom (shower only), mini fridge/freezer, laundry area, and pet crate. Outdoor Spaces A deck off the main kitchen overlooks the parking area, and a lower covered patio connects to the back lot. Parking Paved parking for 4–5 vehicles in the rear, plus additional curbside space for one or two small cars. Pets Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $65 per-stay pet fee (based on guest reviews). We provide a crate, food mat, and blanket for furry friends if needed. Included Amenities Cookware, coffee and coffeemaker, toaster, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, and we are with generous toilet paper. Front curb also has room for 1 (2 small vehicles). Guests can get around by foot and walk to most parts of Morgantown easily via sidewalk or enjoy a short drive. Perfect location. Other things to note This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, please refrain from parties or loud noise after 9:00 p.m. Please remove outdoor shoes upon entering and place them on the provided mats near the front and basement doors. Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee will be assessed per pet, at the host’s discretion, for each stay. The Airbnb pet fee covers one pet only. We love our furry guests and provide a clean crate, food mat, and blanket for your convenience. Pets must be leashed at all times and taken to the nearby park for bathroom breaks—no exceptions. Please do not allow pets to relieve themselves in the yard or neighboring properties. Failure to follow this policy may result in early checkout and a cleaning fee. WVU Football Game Weekends Reservations made more than one week in advance for WVU football game weekends may require an additional deposit equal to one night’s stay. This deposit is fully refundable once the reservation and stay are completed. Guests will be notified within three days of booking if the deposit applies and may cancel within 24 hours of notification without penalty. Occupancy Pricing reflects up to four guests.
