Beautiful year round home on Lake Winnebago next to a small neighborhood boat launch. Main level has living rm, kitchen, 1 queen bdrm, full bath and laundry rm. 2nd floor has 2 bdrms, 1 full bath and a loft. Patio doors leading to lake with pier and fire pit. 15 min. to fine dining by car or boat. 20 min. to Fond Du Lac for shopping, dining and entertainment. Activities-boating, fishing, swimming, parks and golf courses nearby. Winter activities- snowmobiling and ice fishing. The space *Attention Boaters* If you are unfamiliar with Lake Winnebago, it is a very large but shallow lake. Because of that, it can get VERY rough. You CANNOT leave your boat tied to our pier overnight. It can cause damage to your boat and our pier. There is a public launch about 4 miles (8 mins) south of our house. Guest access To gain access into the house - keyless entry on garage, then once in the garage the back door also has keyless entry. Other things to note Lake Winnebago is a Very large but shallow lake. Because of that, it can get VERY rough. If you bring a boat, you can NOT leave it in the water overnight tied to our pier. It can cause damage to your boat and our pier. If the small neighborhood launch is too small (shallow), there is a public launch about 4 miles south of our property.
