Located 1 block from the Bellevue Entertainment District, you are just a short walk to boutique shops and restaurants where you can see what the locals have to offer in this cute, enchanted city. Grab a beverage of choice and enjoy exploring this unique stretch of locally owned businesses. Only a 5-minute drive to the newly updated Newport on the Levy where you can visit the aquarium or catch a movie. Hop over the river to downtown Cincy, explore DORA, or attend the latest sporting event! The space Pet fee is negotiable depending on length of stay and size/number of pets. Please reach out if you have questions. This house is on a corner lot that offers easy off-street parking. It is best to park on the side of the house where you will enter through the side door. The house is located across from railroad tracks; however, previous tenants have never complained. From our experience the trains only run 2-3 times/day. Kids love watching them drive by from the windows! We offer sound machines in each room and extra fans for light sleepers. Enjoy coffee or evening drinks on the front Patio. Just across the street and over the train bridge is a small park that offers a half basketball court and a playground with swings. The backyard has a privacy fence and an outdoor seating area. We own the detached one car garage and use the top for storage. Guests will not have access to the detach. Plenty of privacy for being in the city! The main level offers a half bathroom with a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. The living room has a queen pull out bed couch with a new memory foam mattress. The living room can easily be used as a 3rd bedroom as there is a door that can be shut off from the dining and kitchen area if you wish to do so. The second level offers 2 bedrooms and a small full-sized bathroom. The bigger bedroom has a king-sized bed and a daybed with an additional pull out trundle. It also offers a vanity for extra space to get ready. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a dedicated workspace. WiFi is offered for your convenience. All bedrooms offer a TV with a fire stick to enjoy streaming on your favorite platforms. If you have a little one with you, a pack n play is available. There are window A/C units upstairs in each bedroom that help keep the home at a comfortable temperature in the summer. This home is accustomed for all types of families and groups visiting the Greater Cincinnati Area! We also welcome guests for long term stays! Guest access You will access the house via the side entrance using a keypad to unlock the door. You will be given the code for the door on the day of check in. The best place to find free street parking is on the side of the house. Feel free to park in front of our detach garage if needed but please do not block the alley way behind the garage.
