This perfectly located, NEW BUILD Air B&B is finally ready to be shared & everything in it is new! It is only 2 miles from downtown. 1 mile from the interstate. 1 mile from Vanderbilt. I handpicked all of the decor & will make sure that you have everything you need for your stay! The 3rd floor outdoor terrace over looks the city, the FULL rooftop gives 360 degree views of downtown! It’s deep cleaned after EVERY stay and I’ll do everything in my power to make sure you have the best experience! The space I make sure I personally walk through this home after 99% of cleanings (unless I’m working/out of town), but minimum 2X a week— that way I know everything is always in great, working condition! My cleaners are AWESOME, but my home is my baby so I like it to be perfect and happy for my guests when they arrive! :) Also— heads up— there’s stairs to each level of the home— but the view is worth it! I haven’t had anyone complain, but do thinks it’s important to know for guests with small children. Guest access Guests are allowed in all spaces of the house? Besides the basement. It’s for cleaning supplies and storage :) Other things to note 519 has hosted well-known celebrities including Cindy Crawford, Randy Gerber, and many more. 519 was also just chosen on PeerSpace for two of three categories for their Open Door Awards! It won the #1 spot for Best Event Place in Nashville (even beating a castle 😳) and the #6 spot for Best Meeting Place in Nashville for 2023. **Only guests from booking are allowed on property unless prearranged with host. This property isn’t for parties unless host agrees to it. The max allowed in this Air B&B is 6. Anything over is $100 per person. There is an extra downstairs 900sqft apartment that can hold 2-6 ppl that can be added per request, as well. This is the owners suite but is available on most nights. I occupy the space when I’m in town (about 20% of the time). It has its own separate entrance or can be unlocked and added to the bigger side that is listed if rented.
