Two bedrooms and a full bath have their own entrance and plenty of privacy in a separate section of a residential home. 5 min drive to grocery stores, 15 min to the restaurants and shops at popular Flagler Beach, 35 min to St Augustine and Daytona Beach, and 1.5 hrs to Orlando. Located in a quiet neighborhood with much greenery. Guests have access to a private part of the yard to enjoy. Two friendly Blue Heeler dogs live on the property, but do not have access to the Airbnb unit or the yard. The space The unit has a kitchenette (microwave, toaster,mini fridge, coffeemaker, coffee, sugar, and dairy creamer). Each bedroom has a TV with Roku. Strong wi-fi and an available desk for work. Extra linens, comforters, and pillows available. Both beds are queen size. Lounge chairs, beach towels and umbrellas are provided. Guest access Free parking for passenger vehicles in the driveway. Other things to note Guests will have their own code for entry.
