Not pictured but everything is new! The outside of the home is going through renovations (new siding). Please be mindful that this is an older family camp which has some small quirks to work with. So this is not a 5 star hotel! There is a detached building right next door that is also rented out to respectful guests. The property is shared with respectful guests. Don’t worry! House is private!!!! Air conditioned Two bedrooms one bathroom. Large room has newer very comfortable queen bed facing the water with large windows, ceiling fan, dresser. Smaller room (fairly spacious) has full bed, ceiling fan, and a dresser. Living space has new comfortable pull out couch that sleeps 2 and more room for air mattresses / cots (bring your own), TV Older REMODELED rustic home just set back from the lake but comes with its own lake access. Bring air mattresses and tents! Message about campers for extra fee! Perfect place to host a family gathering or small party! Just message me - super fast response! State park with showers and a rec park with basketball, baseball, racket ball courts within walking distance. Nearest convenient store 5 minutes Burlington - 25 minutes Plattsburgh - 1 hour Montreal - 1.5 hours Lots of local places to eat and boat rentals near by. Guest access Shared parking for two large cars. Addition parking available for campers, boats etc… many local awesome boat launch. Bass fishing is superb out here! We have a shared boat launch for small boats like fishing boats or jet skis! Message me for details! Other things to note Beach is rocky so bring shoes. No weeds! But occasional zebra mussels. Very clear water! Large fruit orchard on site! Apples, peaches, pears! Help yourself! Lake access is shared amongst me/ family. We do not use it often but I like to keep the idea open. Message me and I can be more specific. I come down to walk my dog by the lake sometimes! Pets must be leashed and picked up. If you leave for the day your furry friend can not stay locked up in the camp for more than 2 hours. We have had serious issues with this in the past.
