Huge shade trees surround the estate and stand waiting to welcome you to our meticulously landscaped grounds adorned with goldfish ponds, fountain, plants and feeders attracting all manner of birds and butterflies to this property. Once inside the charming home, you'll find your accomodation, beautifully furnished with Eastlake antiques centered around the most comfortable queen bed topped with cozy linens to settle into for a great night's rest. The space Centrally located between Matagorda Beach, Sargent Beach and the Palacios seawall (roughly 30 minutes to each). Short drive to STP and Conoco/Phillip's. Ideal stay for traveling medical professionals, couples getaways and more. ***Note: camera at employee access door facing the sidewalk is non-working. Guest access Communal kitchen has breakfast cereals, fruit, pastries etc. available from 6:00 AM until 11:00AM. Bedroom also has a mini fridge. Full use of the main kitchen to prepare meals beyond enjoying the provided breakfast items is not included in this listing. During your stay We live nearby but travel often ourselves. When we are in town, we're often in the kitchen here cooking up something delicious for guests to enjoy. We generally leave guests to their privacy unless asked otherwise. Other things to note Bay City is a charming, slow paced southern town with an economy still largely reliant on cattle ranching and farming. There is a good bit of train activity in town and the trains can be quite noisy, especially certain times of the year.
