Minimum 30 Nights Stay, you will have the cottage all for yourself. Parking - One secured spot for residents PETS: Limit 1 Pet (the place is small) and breed and size limits please message us in advance for Pet Approval. 1 Hypoallergenic under 30lbs is allowed anything else must be pre-approved and there could potentially be additional cleaning fees. Pets must be "pre-approved" with us and disclosed. We do have Pets limitation, not disclosing an animal is a violation of our policy. NOTE: The place is ideal for 1 person or for a couple with max one small animal. The Kitchen and the Bath are spacious but the living/sleeping area is limited to the sofa sleeper space. The outdoor space is quite large and perfect for having people over for a BBQ. NEW AUGUST 2026: The cottage now features a real queen-size Murphy bed with a full mattress, giving you the comfort of a traditional bed without sacrificing living space. During the day, the bed folds away above the integrated couch, creating a comfortable living area. When you're ready for bed, simply remove the couch pillows and lower the Murphy bed. NEW AUGUST 2026: The cottage also now includes a dedicated desk/work area, making it a great option for remote work or longer stays, plus a comfortable lounge chair for relaxing and watching TV. The dining area has been updated with a cozy counter-height table and two stools, providing a convenient place for meals, coffee, or additional workspace Other things to note The Cottage access is in the alley. The Waste Management Services stopped picking up trash from the Alley. It is about a 750 Feet Walk to go around the block through the parking lot to bring the trashcans up front. We have 2 Large Bins for Trash and 2 for Recycle so there is no need to do this every week. They need to go out on Tuesday night and picked back on Wednesday night/afternoon. If that's a problem please let us know. We can make arrangements.
