Campus Casa | 5 Stars | BSU Living Near Downtown

Enjoy the best of what Boise has to offer being centrally located on Boise State University campus right near the heart of Downtown. This newly renovated 1940's home has all the character and charm you could ever ask for. Less than half a mile away you have BSU Stadium for Football and tailgating, Downtown Boise for daily/nightly entertainment and food, Extra Mile Arena, Knitting Factory for events and the Boise zoo, all within walking distance. Best location, that feels like home! The space House is 1200 square feet. It was built in the 1940’s so it has all the quirks of an old home! The house is located directly on campus and the neighbors are a fraternity and a sorority that are owned by BSU campus so they are dry houses! We are just minutes from the airport, St Luke’s hospital, BSU stadium, local shops, Boise zoo, and a short walk into the heart of downtown! The property has two homes on it, but it’s a duplex so each home has its own private access. The back home is another Airbnb so please be courteous of other guests! Guest access Being so close to campus and downtown you can easily walk everywhere! Given we are on campus, the parking can get pretty difficult depending on the time of the year. We have a half circle driveway that you are more than welcome to use, but be cautious not to block the main driveway! This will allow two Airbnb vehicles to park on the property. Any other vehicles can find street parking around the corner, but it is not guaranteed depending on campus events :) Other things to note Perfect location for downtown Boise and BSU game days!! We are located in the “red solo cup district” on campus so from 10am-10pm on game days it’s legal to walk from our house to the stadium with an open container! This home is located on a college campus so it is subject to potential neighboring noise and/or parties
