Room 2 with bunk bed: twin/double/twin pull-out trundle Living room has full-sized sofa sleeper. Total 6 beds. 2.5 Bathrooms Central heat & air & ceiling fan & portable fans Kitchen with full amenities 1 assigned parking space (in front of the unit) + 1 extra parking. No RV or trailer Self-check in with key pad Minimum consecutive 3-night stay required REG2021Dash00005 The space * This property has 3 communal resort-style pools (toddler pool, general pool, and a gated adult pool) as well as a large, safe, gated playground for the kids. * Max Occupancy - 6 individuals including infants - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee of $30/night per guest * We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 1 or 2 day gaps in our calendar * Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee * Pool - 6 guests max at one time, strictly enforced by HOA. No unregulated flotation devices, pool toys, etc allowed. Pool Facility Hours 9am - 10pm * City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am.
