Shared family home beside a city lake with walking trails. Our guest room is inside the front door and overlooks the front porch. You are welcome to enjoy the front porch during your stay. You will have a more or less private entrance through the front door. Packages and deliveries come to the front door, but otherwise that entrance is only used by Front Porch Room guests. The home is shared with two cats, we previously had two dogs so it is not a good fit for anyone with cat or dog allergies. The space Guests have private use of the kitchenette in the room and the bathroom next door to the room. There is a private sitting area with a loveseat outside your room. The fully functional private kitchenette in your room includes a toaster oven, a microwave, a mini refrigerator with a small freezer, a hot water pot, and two coffee makers (a Keurig single cup & a mini Mr. Coffee style drip coffee maker). Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the front porch and to use the laundry room once per week. There are chairs and a rug on the front porch for your use and comfort. There is also a patio on the side of the house you are welcome to use. There is a fully functional private kitchenette in your room with a toaster oven, microwave, mini fridge with small freezer, a hot water pot, and two coffee makers (a Keurig single cup & a mini Mr. Coffee style drip coffee maker). During your stay I am available through the Airbnb app and make every effort to respond promptly. When I am working, it may take longer to respond because I facilitate many meetings that require my full attention. In an emergency, call 911.
