Hi, my name is Mark. I’m a young guy just looking to rent my extra space out in the middle of Houston (in a gated community). The place is 8 minutes by car from Downtown and 15-20 min away from Midtown, Montrose, The Heights and other fun areas that you can go to get something to eat, drink, or just go for a nice stroll. The place is a bedroom that is bright and clean with its own private bathroom and entrance! However, we do share a nice little back yard! Hope to see you here sometime! The space The space that is offered is the bedroom (with a private entrance), private bathroom, and a shared backyard. Grill in the backyard is also shared, but I do ask that it be cleaned after use. Upon request, you can use my washer/dryer if need be. Just let me know if you need anything or have any questions. Guest access There is a side gate that is a private entrance into the space. The door to the property is equipped with an automatic lock, and I will send you an invitation to enter the property via an app. The access to the door will expire after 11am/checkout time. During your stay I am always available if you have any questions or concerns, just reach out and I’ll get back to you quickly! Most of the time I am at the property as well, so I can also have a chat in person if need be. Other things to note Please note that there is no direct parking on the premises, however there is a lot of parking right outside either of the two gates (about a 50ft walk)
