Come stay at this beautiful private suite located in Pineview, Ottawa. It is situated on a quiet street with very little traffic. Family friendly neighbourhood within a 10 minute drive to downtown area with plenty of shopping, parks and restaurants nearby. There is Pineview Golf Course 1km away. This suite is brand new, smoke free & pet free. We are looking forward to doing our best to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. The space You will have full access to the entire apartment. Entrance is located at the front, it is a brown door. There is a washer & dryer on site. Room 1 This room has a queen size bed with closet space. Room 2 The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and boasts a large closet with a second, smaller private closet. Additional Sleeping Arrangements (Upon Request): Air Mattress (Sleeps 2) We provide guests with a Smart TV that has Netflix, Disney and other streaming services built in, guests will be responsible for using their own accounts. Guest access The driveway can allow up to three vehicles, please see the last photos of the listing. It is a 7 minute walk to the Blair bus station. Please ask us if you need directions and we will provide you with the necessary information. Other things to note Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. The property is a duplex, there is another unit downstairs with respectful tenants in it. Please note that it is a shared driveway and try to park on the right side. Early Check-in/Late Check Out is available at $20/hr upon request - The reason we ask this, is because typically it takes 4 hours to clean the property. If you wish to check in early, our cleaner will have to bring an extra person to help clean the unit quicker. If we are not notified and a guest checks out late and our team has to wait, it will be $20 per 15 minutes. Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please be aware that our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. Deposits may be required. Please also note , we are seeking long-term tenants for this unit. Please be advised that we may provide 24 hours’ notice for entry if there is a need to show the property to prospective tenants.
