Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund. - Short Term Stays: $50 per pet - Long Term Stays (stays over 28 nights): $125 per pet fee HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE & ESSENTIALS: Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided and will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed. $150 Long-Term Stays (over 28 nights): Total cleaning fee $300 and a starter kit of supplies will be provided and will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.
