Our Mohawk River suite is named for its prime location with views of the river right out the front door. Direct ATV/snowmobile trail access right from the property. The space We are located about 6 miles from downtown Colebrook. We offer free wifi and cable TV in the living room. Guest access Parking is provided on the left side (non-garage side) of house. Other things to note Diamond Peaks located across the street is a small convenience store/gas station that also serves a variety of cooked food such as pizza, sandwiches, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, etc. They also open the dining room for breakfast on the weekends. ONLY ONE well-behaved dog allowed per booking. No cats. Owners must clean up after their dogs. $75.00 pet fee We have a 2 guest limit No smoking indoors Our modest $60 cleaning fee goes directly to our local cleaning person and covers the basics including laundry, bathrooms, and disinfecting.
